History

historyHumber Village is a private residential community developed from farmland  by the late Harold Lundrigan in the 1970’s.  The concept then and now was for 2.5 and 5 acre lots suitable for single-family country living.  Owned and operated by the residents, under the governance of Humber Village Ltd.

From the beginning Humber Village has served as a community where residents engage in country- living pursuits, including small scale animal husbandry, gardening, and all season outdoor activities. The village is also a horse friendly community and horses are often seen being ridden on the roads and trails around the village.   All residents enjoy access to the Humber River for salmon angling and boating.
