1. Where can I find information about homes for sale or for rent in Humber Village?

Humber Village is a residential community and it is the responsibility of individual home owners to advertise their rentals and/or sales. You might find homes available for rent on Kijiji or perhaps MLS.

2. How do we maintain the Humber Village roads?

Humber Village roads are maintained throughout the year with multiple gradings, snow clearing, ditching, and culvert installations and / or maintenance.

3. What are the Bridge Regulations? What is allowed and not allowed to cross the Humber Village bridge?

The bridge is restricted to a 20 ton limit, as well, a 20 kph speed limit. Heavy loads must contact the board at humbervillageboard@gmail.com and speed is limited to 10 kph. No track vehicles are aloud to use the bridge.

5. What assessments are levied on residents?

Residents of Humber Village pay their assessments on May 15th and Nov. 15th of each year. The Annual Operating Assessment (In May) is focused on maintaining the current conditions of infra-structure such as roads, street lights, and waste removal. The Capital Expense Assessment (Nov. 15) identifies major expenses that the Village has undertaken to upgrade, replace, or construct new.
